Reactive power changes at the TSO-DSO interconnection point by RES power factor regulation
Pololáník, Pavel ; Fiala, Zbyněk (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the long-term development of active, and primarily reactive energy flow at 110/22 kV distribution transformation points in the E. ON distribution network. It compares two different areas (city vs. countryside), differing in type of used distribution network and in composition of decentralized energy resources. Another point of this thesis is to describe current controlling possibilities for decentralized resources installed to the voltage level of 22 kV considering reactive power compensation. Thesis introduces proposed methods and conditions used in remote mass controlling of power factor of decentralized resources. There is mentioned an evaluation of an already performed test whose purpose was to verify possibility of influencing reactive power at the interconnection point between distribution and transmission system. The factors causing the overflow reactive power were analysed. In this thesis were analysed factors, which causing overflow reactive power from distribution to the transmission system. This analysis will be the basis for future use of mass reactive power regulation.
